After Seeing Batman V. Superman I wasn't expecting much from this movie. It seemed forced like that one did. How were they going to come up with a story that would believable and entertaining? I didn't think they were going to be able to pull it off, but they did.
A world council is debating the merits of controlling and regulating the activities of The Avengers because of collateral damage that is being done during their battles.
Tony Stark is looking to limit the damage, and is working with the government to make everyone happy but Captain America doesn't think they need ant limits.
Beforeyou know it there is all out warfare between Team Iron Man (Iron Man, Black Panther, Vision, Black Widow, War Machine, and Spiderman) and Team Captain America (Captain America, Bucky Barnes, Falcon, Sharon Carter, Scarlett Witch, Hawkeye, and Ant Man).
The new Spiderman is really good and the Black Panther is also a really good new character.
The teams fight, but they are relatively pretty gentle with each other. They don't want anyone to get hurt.
Lots of good action and a good plot for a superhero movie.
